Wooow this looks amazing! Lan Ha Bay is soo flipping pretty! I always find it strange when one spot gets all the attention, when there is somewhere equally nice nearby without getting much love. Any spot without the crowds sounds good to me.

It is very sad that Halong Bay has become a victim of its success and so being overrun by tourists. Then it would be great to check its little sister Lan Ha Bay which looks similar and less touristic too. I loved your cruising through Heritage line as the interiors of cruise is very appealing and comfortable. I loved the luxurious meal options in this cruise.

I’m so glad you told me about this amazing alternative to a Halong Bay cruise! A cruise to a more serene, tourist-free zone on a smaller ship like Ginger the Graceful suits me much better. Plus, the accommodations are so luxurious….please count me in!
